PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Victor Valley Wastewater District obtained GPa for design of their new administration building as a tenant improvement within a two level existing building. GPa conducted a needs assessment study to develop their program, which included a conference room, offices, training room, lounge, storage, shop, a laboratory, along with associated restrooms contained within 8000sf.

Both interior and exterior conditions of the existing building had to be updated to conform to current ADA standards of accessibility. GPa, with expertise in ADA compliance, integrated specific issues of accessibility early in the interior design as well as landscape design. GPA took a holistic approach, with heavy consideration to ADA to ensure that the building was optimally balanced to be cost effective, beautiful, and functional, as well as ADA accessible.
