Who We Are
Our company was founded in 1989 by Donald Gillis as Gillis and Associates Architects, Inc. In 2008, our name changed to Gillis + Panichapan Architects, Inc.
We are a full-service Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design Firm. We provide full services, from architectural design, interior design, space planning all the way through construction administration and move management services.
For over 30 years, our firm has distinguished itself by providing excellence in architecture, space programming, master planning, and interior design services. With extensive experience in public architecture, our work includes the design of hundreds of public works facilities ranging from City offices, community centers, schools, maintenance facilities, fire and police facilities, city yards, educational facilities, and more.
What We Do
We offer professional expertise backed by years of experience. We recognize that each project is unique and requires a designer with full-time, focused involvement. As a result, we guarantee there will be direct principal involvement throughout your project.
Our Team
Jack Panichapan, principal and CEO, leads an architecture studio composed of a highly skilled and experienced staff of licensed LEED accredited architects and interior designers that specialize in the comfort and aesthetic of office planning and interior design, while being well versed in optimum functionality of municipal offices and corporate yard facility including fueling stations. We have a comprehensive team of skilled engineers and professional consultants that we have worked with for many years.
