PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete renovation of a 4-story, 40,000sf building. The ground floor was a void space where at one point in time, a foot of water spanned outward from the building, covering exactly one acre of land. The water leakage resulted in a large foundation that the water department could no longer maintain. Enclosure in this ground floor space garnered a 25% increase in the building. We were also commissioned to renovate the entire Administration Building grounds to include a large duck pond that became a replacement for the abandoned water feature and referenced the past.
