Project Description

Working with Tetra Tech, this project involved the architectural, space planning, and interior design of 8,300sf administration building, and a 2000sf maintenance building. These two buildings are a part of a larger campus of the water pre-treatment plant which treats water from existing acid pits in order to remove toxic industrial waste such as solvents, heavy metals, and pesticides. The buildings contain offices, laboratories, lockers, and shops for the California Department of State Toxic Substances Control personnel that maintain and manage the facility.
