Community Center
This project involved the interior and exterior renovation of the 15,760sf recreation center which has been the hub for sports and other leisure activities for the residents of Santa Ana. The facade had been exposed to water damage, and the interior was outdated and ill-functioning. The renovation addressed these issues, and also involved updating the facility to current ADA accessibility requirements and Title 24 regulations. The main components of the renovation involved the following items:

2. New entrance enhancements for ADA egress
3. Restroom remodel
4. Doors and windows replaced
5. New exterior screens for roof mounted equipment
6. Re-plaster of the façade
7. New HVAC system and duct replacement
8. New light fixtures for increase in lighting efficiency
