The existing 10 acre site houses the Parks and Recreation field operations and transit bus parking; the Traffic Department field operations, the Safety Department, a Sewer Maintenance crew, a Purchasing Department warehouse, and Police storage facilities.

This master plan study designed a facility that accommodates for the future growth of the City of Burbank Corporate Yard. Within the dense urban infrastructure, GPa took on the challenging role in designing the future growth program into the overcrowded existing facility and brought it to compliance with the latest building codes.
