Project Description
GPa provided Bridging Document services for the new Public Works Maintenance Center and served as the City's representative during the Design-Build bidding process. Located in the East Bay, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge; the project consists of two separate non-contiguous structures on an approximately 0.864 acre site. The entirety of the site area is to be developed with this project including utilities, hardscape, landscape development, and other on and off-site improvements.
