PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Adjacent to the Westminster Corporate Yard, the existing building previously served as an industrial warehouse for the City of Westminster. The City worked with GPa to determine the overall feasibility and efficiency to convert the existing warehouse into the Police Department Training Center with an indoor firing range. GPa developed the design and construction documents for its conversion.
