Project Description

The Security Operations Center was located in an very limited area within an existing building and had to make due with its existing conditions. GPa developed a document that graphically conveys the scope of work for the Security Operations Center as well as provided schematic plans, sketches, and a preliminary construction cost for the project.

This initial stage developed and portrayed the scope of work and associated schematic estimates of cost impacts. Diagrams and schematic plans were provided depicting the changes proposed for the spaces that will be transformed with the new Security Operations Center. Schematic layouts of furniture and equipment will also be provided in collaboration with the security systems consultant provided by UCI. At the end of this process, the University had a document that organizes scope and cost needed to be addressed for the overall renovation.
