Project Description

The existing single story clinic building had a visual clutter of mechanical units and exposed ductwork seen at street level as well as the upper walkways of taller buildings surrounding it.

GPa designed several schemes and created photo-realistic renderings to show the committee various types of mechanical screen designs that could be used to obscure the visual clutter and clean up the overall building look, as well as improve and unify the look of the campus.
