Project Description

The scope of work was to design a proposed layout of the new multi-purpose area based on conceptual analysis of code, structure, and MEP. Moreover, new furniture, lighting, and general space layouts were applied.

The statement of probable cost was also given to guide the client's budget for the renovation. The client would then have had a document which assisted in organizing cost and related priorities that needed to be addressed for the overall renovation.
