Located on a 3.5 acre narrow sloping parcel of land bordering a wash on one side and homes on another, the new Maintenance Facility for the city of San Gabriel had programmatic challenges with vehicular circulation, and noise mitigation that GPa was able to resolve architecturally. The facility considers sustainable design features such as native plantings, recycled materials, and north-south fenestration orientation. 

Program Summary: 

- 9,000sf office building 

- 16,000sf warehouse 

- 5,000sf vehicle canopy 

- 1000sf fueling area 

- 3,600sf covered structure for street cleaner, drying area for material bins
