Project Description

This 9,746 square foot, three bay Fire Station was designed to fit architecturally into the Rancho Santa Fe Spanish Colonial architecture.

Adjacent to this Fire Station there is, in design, a Fire Training Facility to include a four (4) story burn building, a confidence training labyrinth, a draft pit, a splash wall, a roof prop, and a flag prop.

This project came in significantly under budget and ahead of schedule.
