Project Description

The new corporate yard is located within the eighteen (18) acres of the existing corporate yard facility. The new design is comprised of the program area requirements:

- Office: 43,000sf

- Warehouses: 18,000sf

- Covered Canopies:11,000sf

- Fleet garage, shop, and wash bay: 21,000sf

The new facility is designed in ten phases to enable the City to operate with minimal interruptions while the existing facility is being demolished, and the new facility is being built in its place. GPa worked closely with the City of Moreno Valley to phase the project to synchronize with the City's established budget constraints.
